• Precautions for use:

• Safe operation: Only qualified personnel can install, start, operate, and maintain the system. The whole equipment is designed according to en61010 standard.

• Grounding protection: Ground the cable before connecting other cables. Disconnecting the grounding protection terminal may cause injury to personnel and devices.

• Operating voltage: Ensure that the operating voltage is within the allowable range.

• Risk of opening the cover: there is a danger of current exposure after opening the cover.

• Work risk: All power supplies must be disconnected before operation. Only qualified personnel should connect and disconnect the power supply.

• Charging capacitor: After power failure, the capacitor will be discharged after 10 minutes.

• Proper use of insurance: must use fuse current appropriate insurance, must not be short-circuited.

• Installation guide: The closer the gas analyzer is to the sampling point, the better, and the shorter the gas sample pretreatment device is to the analyzer, the better. There should be enough air circulation around to prevent harmful gas accumulation, when there are multiple devices, each device must maintain a rack distance for heat dissipation; Avoid harsh conditions such as supercooling, direct sun exposure, excessive ambient temperature change, strong air convection, dust accumulation, corrosive gas and vibration. If the analyzer is installed in the analysis cabinet, the maximum acceleration amplitude is 0.01m/s², and the frequency is between 0.1 and 200hz.

• Sampling gas inlet and outlet conditions: sampling gas dew point must be below 5 degrees Celsius atmospheric temperature, otherwise it is necessary to install sampling gas cooler or trap, because water vapor will affect the accuracy of measurement; To avoid abrupt gas flow, the analyzer has a piezoresistive pe<=1000 HPa (1bar). The outlet gas pressure must be consistent with atmospheric pressure. If the sampling gas contains flammable, corrosive or toxic gases, the casing must be purged.
