  • Functional features:


    • Thermocouple input: Contains 14 differential isolated thermocouple input channels that accept a standard thermocouple range of various temperatures, and each channel provides thermocouple burn detection (high grade). In addition, there is a differential isolated RTD reference junction temperature compensation channel (for terminal temperature sensing). Each thermocouple/MV channel can receive standard thermocouple signals in different temperature ranges, which makes it suitable for a variety of temperature measurement scenarios, including temperature monitoring in both low and high temperature environments. For example, it is used in furnace temperature monitoring in metallurgical industry and reaction temperature measurement in chemical industry.

    • Signal conversion and processing: Perform the signal conversion required to connect the electrical input to convert the signal from the field thermocouple sensor onto an optional redundant fieldbus. It is capable of performing analog input applications and provides configurable conversion options such as conversion time and rate of change limits. Through the accurate conversion and processing of input signals, accurate and reliable temperature data are provided for the control system, so that the control system can make corresponding decisions and control operations according to these data.

    • Differential input characteristics: Each channel has a differential input in a way that allows voltage differences between channels to exist without introducing detected errors.
