Equipped with automatic reconfiguration function, it can automatically download from the controller to the I/O package, including basic loading, boot loader, firmware, and settings. In addition, it also has four passive magnetic speed inputs, and the circuit sensitivity can detect the speed of the rotating gear at 2 revolutions per minute to determine whether the turbine has stopped rotating. The median speed signal of this group is used for speed control and the main overspeed stroke signal. It also integrates an operation panel for system testing and driver status display, integrating motion controller and servo drive functions. The driver is internally integrated with a PLC controller and supports ladder diagram programming, forming an organic whole between PLC and servo drive. It has position control mode, speed control mode, and current (torque) control mode. The operation modes include network operation mode, pulse/direction mode, analog signal mode, and independent programmable mode. The various control modes and operation modes can be switched freely without causing abnormal motor shaking. It supports real-time switching of multiple control gains and supports USB, RS232, RS485, and CAN bus communication. RS232 can achieve networking of 8 drivers, RS485 can achieve networking of 31 drivers The CAN bus can realize the networking of 110 drivers, supporting MOTECIAN, MODBUS, and CANOPEN protocols. It has built-in S-curve and T-curve trajectory planning functions. In T-curve mode, the motor can move continuously along multiple trajectories, and supports PT and PVT functions. Through the MotionStudio upper computer software, driver parameter adjustment, online monitoring, and real-time control can be easily performed. It also supports the functions of saving, uploading, and downloading driver parameter files. It integrates 12 optoelectronic isolated digital inputs, 6 optoelectronic isolated digital outputs, 2 analog inputs, and 2 analog output interfaces. The number of I/O ports can be expanded through expansion modules.
