Product Description
The General Electric DS200ADMAH1 is an analog to digital module daughterboard. Developed for the Mark V board series, this card can be used across a number of GE brand drives and exciters. This daughterboard easily installs on any drive’s DS200DSPC board. When mounted on a DSPC board, this card can buffer, filter, and convert incoming and outgoing analog and digital I/O.
Installing DS200ADMAH1 ensures that all I/O sent to and from the drive is accurate and converted properly. In total, this daughterboard provides twelve additional analog inputs to the installed drive. An additional four analog outputs are also included. When dealing with digital I/O, this card provides eight digital input output positions on the board. A programmable logic device is also available when using this drive. Logic controls are static RAM, providing an interfacing medium between the DSPC processor buses and the ADMA’s I/O features. Diagnostic indicators on the board alert users to the board’s status. Two LED indicators, along with one green IMOK LED and a red FAIL LED are all included on this card.
Provided installation parameters for both DS200ADMAH1 and the drive should be met. This will ensure that the ADMA board as well as the overall drive system operates properly. For a complete guide to wiring and installing the board to the DSPC connector is available in the device’s manual and datasheet. The manufacturer, General Electric, was the original provider of technical support for this board as well as the entire Mark V series.
