The3500/42MProximitor Seismic Monitor is a four-channel monitor that accepts input from proximity and seismic transducers. It conditions thesignalto providevibration and position measurements and compares theconditioned signals with user-programmablealarms.

You can program each channelusing the3500Rack Configuration Softwareto monitor and report:

Themonitorchannels areprogrammed in pairs and can perform up to two of thelisted functions at a time. For example, Channels 1 and 2 can perform onefunction while channels 3 and 4 perform anotherorthesamefunction.

Each channel, depending on configuration, typically conditions its input signalto generatevarious parameters called static values. You can configurealert setpointsfor each activestatic valueand danger setpointsfor any two of theactivestatic values.
