Thefour-channel3500/72MRecip Rod Position Monitor accepts input from proximity transducers, conditions the signalto providedynamic and static position measurements, and compares theconditioned signals with userprogrammablealarms.

Each channel, depending on how you configureit, typically conditions its input signalto generatevarious parameters called measured values.

Usethe3500Rack Configuration Softwareto:

•Configurealert setpoints for each activemeasured valueand danger setpoints for any two oftheactive measured values.

•Protect reciprocating compressors by continuously comparing monitored parameters against configured alarm setpoints to display alarms and trigger relays, if needed.

•Monitor thecondition ofessentialreciprocating compressor machinery.

Themonitor channels areprogrammed in pairs and can perform up to two functions at a time. For example, channels 1and 2 can perform onefunction whilechannels 3 and 4perform another or thesame function.
