Product Description

The GE Terminal Board Relay Card 531X111PSHAJG3 supplies the 5 V dc, 15 V dc, and 24 V dc current used by the drive. It also features the pulse transformer for the motor field circuitry. The GE Terminal Board Relay Card 531X111PSHAJG3 features a 3TB Potted MOV assembly that you can replace as part of the board replacement procedure. First replace the GE Terminal Board Relay Card 531X111PSHAJG3, then replace the 3TB Potted MOV assembly.  

The 3TB assembly contains a ribbon cable that you must move from the original assembly to the new assembly. Place one hand on the connector of the ribbon cable and place the other hand on the connector on the board. Pull the connectors apart. Damage can occur if you hold the ribbon cable by the cable to pull them apart.

Five mounting screws secure the assembly to the mounting surface. Use a screwdriver to remove the five screws and put them aside for future use. Also remove the four support posts located on the mounting surface. You can use a short screwdriver to perform this procedure.
