The GE Auxiliary Drive Interface Control Board DS3800DDIB1C1C features 8 trimmer resistors and 2 jumpers. The GE Auxiliary Drive Interface Control Board DS3800DDIB1C1C also is populated with 9 test points and 12 resistors. The trimmer resistors are referred as trimpot board components and are used to adjust the the circuits on the board. VCAL, VMET, IAM, TIA, IFM, and IFC are some of the identifiers associate with the trimpot components. Each has a small turning screw that you can use to fine tune the board. To do that you use a tester device to test each circuit. The installer turns the screw on the trimpot to attain the results you require.
