There are five resistor strings on the DS200NATOG2A board, what are their purposes?

The primary purpose of the resistor strings is to be used with the AC and DC inputs. Each string has three stab connectors which end up totaling fifteen input points. Each strong also has two optional wire jumpers. 

Is there a difference between the G1 and G2 NATO boards? 

Yes! The G1 board contains six resistors per string, while the G2 substitutes two wire jumpers for the two bottom resistors and will only have four resistors per string. 

How are the outputs of the DS200NATOG2A board contained and connected?

The outputs of the five strings used for the AC and DC voltages are connected to a twenty-pin ribbon header, there is a metal oxide varistor that will be used to help prevent each string from becoming too high in case the output ribbon circuit is interrupted.
