ICS TRIPLEX T8311 Parameter Configuration

ICS TRIPLEX T8311 has rich parameter configurations. It adopts the hft TMR architecture and has fault tolerance capability. Diagnosis, monitoring, and testing provide rapid fault identification. Support backup module configuration, allowing automatic and manual repair strategies. The cascaded interface module can be located in any single width slot within the control box. Modules are installed in pairs, with the module on the left having odd slots. When both modules in a pair are installed, the TMR processor determines which module should be active. When both modules are in a normal state, the active operation defaults to the left module. The internal voltage of the cascaded interface module comes from a dual redundant+24V DC power supply, which is connected to the control frame backplane through module connectors. In terms of communication interfaces, the T8151B module allows communication with other trusted systems, engineering workstations, and/or third-party devices. This module has dual Ethernet and four serial ports, which can be accessed from the back using the T8153 communication interface adapter, as well as diagnostic ports that can be accessed from the front panel. The communication interface can be installed in any single wide slot of the controller or expansion shelf. Only modules installed within the control box support point-to-point support.

The Modbus (RTU) protocol has 10 available connections through the Ethernet TCP/IP stack and must be configured with an IP port number (default is 2000). There is a connection to the programming toolset with a fixed IP port number of 6000. This module also supports up to 10 Modicon open Modbus TCP port 502 connections. This module is provided with dual redundancy and 24V DC power supply by the chassis backplane. In addition, the ICS TRIPLEX T8311 also has various output characteristics, such as an output voltage measurement range of 0 to 60V DC, a tolerance of -1 to 60V DC, a rated output current (continuous) of 0.75A per channel, 6A per power pack, a load current of 25mA in the on state, an output off state resistance (effective leakage current) of 33kP, an output on state resistance of 0.6P, an output short-circuit protection for electronic (latch), channel crosstalk>-40dB, and power consumption. In terms of power consumption, the on-site power supply 24V (0.75A per channel) is 18W, and the system power supply (24V) is 22W. The memory is 512KB, the processor is an 80486DX4 microprocessor, the NV-RAM is 256KB, the clock speed is 96 MHz, the current consumption is 3.1 amperes, the maximum discrete I/O is 2K (any combination), the voltage input is 5V DC, the maximum analog I/O is 8K, the serial port is 3, Boolean executes each Boolean function for 0.4 microseconds, the working temperature is 0 to 60 degrees Celsius, the maximum memory is 512KB, the current input is 3.1 amperes, and one (1) RS232 communication port; Two (2) RS485 interfaces.
