During an end-of-life state, a notification is sent that the product will change from an end-of-life state to a discontinued state on a specified date. This date defines the "effective date" when the product is discontinued. Customers have the opportunity to make a final purchase before that date. After the shutdown date, orders for spare parts and/or repairs may no longer be accepted unless there is a health care agreement or an existing life extension contract. However, Sensia may, at its discretion, continue to service discontinued and discontinued products by providing spare parts and repairs for the customer's modules. This depends on the availability of the component and any particular situation. When our ability to supply a product cannot be confirmed due to regulatory or supply chain factors, the product is in the audit state and the status is shown as pending audit. Depending on the outcome of this review, the product may subsequently be assigned a new state during the aforementioned life cycle, or it may be moved to a discontinued state. Customers who need to supply or support these products should contact Global Support (see contact details below). If Sensia subsequently agrees to supply these products, conditions of sale may need to be attached, including written evidence of the end user and application.
