The temperature control system realizes the constant temperature control of the experimental water tank as shown in the figure, and adopts PID closed-loop control mode. Through the solenoid valve SV1 control one cold water inlet, SV2 control one hot water outlet, to speed up the temperature change of the tank; The stirring motor M keeps the temperature of water in the tank uniform and ensures the accuracy of temperature measurement of platinum resistance TS; Heater H is used to heat the water temperature, and its working power is regulated by PID, specifically by the bidirectional thyristor. When the water tank equipment is determined, the PID parameters are mainly affected by the inlet and outlet water flow, the tank water temperature setting control temperature, room temperature and other factors.

The principle diagram of PID closed-loop control of the system is shown in the following figure. The difference (error) between the temperature set value and the temperature feedback value measured by platinum resistance is calculated by proportional P, integral I and differential D, and an analog signal is output to control the operation of the heater.
