The DS200DSFBG1ADB circuit board is designed as part of GE’s Mark V Speedtronic turbine control system.  This system has been used for the control and management of industrial turbines (both gas and steam) for several decades.  Other Speedtronic systems like the Mark I, Mark II, and Mark IV have been around even longer.  Meanwhile, the Mark VI and Mark VIe offer more advanced control options. 

The DS200DSFBG1ADB functions as a driver and shunt feedback board. It only has a few components mounted.  The board itself is almost perfectly square; however, two board edges are marked for board stiffeners to be installed.  These installation guidelines will help you with proper orientation.  The board should not be used on locations where vibration and shock may be significant unless board stiffeners have been properly installed first.  These protect solder joints and traces. 

The board is only minimally populated.  Components include resistor network arrays, diodes, transformers, transistors, and metal film resistors.   Additionally, the board has stab-on connectors and plug connectors to allow for interconnectivity to other boards.   LED indicators and integrated circuits are also mounted on the board.     Multiple factory drilled holes are ringed with a conductive material and are marked with three-letter codes.   The board corners are also drilled for mounting.
