The DS200EXDEG1ABA circuit board is one of many EXDE boards available within AX Control’s vast Speedtronic stock.  This board is designed for use within a Mark V turbine control system as an excitation control board.  Because we have more than one of these boards available, please be sure to order the correct board for your particular application. 

The DS200EXDEG1ABA features two 34-pin vertical pin connectors near the top corner of the board.  Nearby there are two additional 10-pin connectors.  The board has multiple stab-on connectors that are used with surface wiring.   The board also has several jumper switches, transistors, 

Other board components include five LED indicators, TP test points, and high-voltage capacitors, along with several heat sinks and terminal blocks.  The high-voltage capacitors store high-voltage current, which means this board has the potential to deliver a high-voltage shock.  Be sure to give the board time to dissipate current after external power has been removed before touching the board.   

Power is typically supplied to the DS200EXDEG1ABA board using a plug connector that snaps into place.  When the plug is connected properly it snaps into place securely.  To remove the power cable, hold the plug end (not the cabling) and pull it out of the connector from the end.  This ensures you do not damage the more fragile cabling.
