DS200FCSAG1 Current Sensor Interface Board 

The DS200FCSAG1 is a GE Motors & Industrial System board component fabricated for use within the company’s Speedtronic systems.  This board is primarily used in the Mark IV series, which was the first of the Speedtronic steam and gas control systems to be designed with TMR (triple modular redundant) controls.  No longer manufactured by GE, the DS200FCSAG1 is available from AX Control as a refurbished unit.  We also sell the DS200FCSAG1 as unused liquidated surplus when available. 

The DS200FCSAG1 is a smaller rectangular board with only a few components.  It is factory drilled in each corner and has smaller notches located along two edges. Two of these drill-holes are ringed in conductive material.  These same edges are marked for alignment purposes.   The board is marked with the GE logo, with the board ID, and with codes like 6BA02.  

Components on the surface of the DS200FCSAG1 include multiple connectors including two vertical pin header connectors marked LEM1 and LEM2,  five terminal strips, and two Mate-N-Lok connectors.  The Mate-N-Lok connectors are labeled CSPL and LEMPS.  The first has twelve positions and the other has three positions.  The terminal strips each consist of a single screw connection.  They are labeled Gnd, CT1P, CT2P, CT1N, and CT2N.   Other board components include two polyester vinyl capacitors, two electrolytic capacitors, four resistors, and sixteen diodes that are placed on the board in eight pairs.
