The DS200GDPAG1AFB High-Frequency Power Supply Board (GDPA) is a replacement board component designed to be used in conjunction with General Electric’s industrial control systems, like the Mark V turbine control system.  The Mark V was one of the later Speedtronic systems created and sold by GE.  AX Control maintains a large on-hand inventory of Mark I through Mark VI replacement parts, in reconditioned and surplus (never-used) condition. 

The DS200GDPAG1AFB is a high-frequency(600-700 W) PCB that can draw input power from either AC or DC sources.   The board is built with a 27 kHz inverter, an input rectifier, and a buck driver.  This drives a regulated dc bus.  Additionally, the board provides protective circuits, control power supply, and control signal level circuits, as well as 50 VAC outputs via an output transformer. 

The DS200GDPAG1AFB can operate from an 80-132 VAC input or a 105-140 VDC input.  However, below 102 VAC thermal damage can occur when the board is fully loaded.  Please be aware of this limitation.   Additionally, the board is capable of operation with input voltages of below 95 VDC if reduced loading is used. 

The DS200GDPAG1AFB has two current limiters as well as three fuses to protect from overloads and faults.  It has twelve plug connectors, two stab-on connectors, multiple TP test points, and several LED and neon indicators.  The board is grounded at mounting screws GND1, GND 2, and GND 3.
