The main functions of the 3500/45 monitor are:
By continuously comparing the monitored parameters with the set alarm points and driving alarms, mechanical protection functions are provided
2) Provide basic machine information for operators and maintenance personnel.
According to the configuration, each channel can process input signals into various parameters called "proportional values". Each valid proportional value can be configured as an alarm set point, while any two valid proportional values can be configured as danger set points.
Front panel LED (light emitting diode): OK LED indicates that 3500/45 is operating normally
TX/RX LED: Indicates that the 3500/45 is bypassing communication with other modules in the 3500 rack
LED: Indicates that 3500/45 is in the bypass off state
When using LED for fault diagnosis, the 3500/45 is similar to the previously mentioned 3500/40M. Sensor buffered output: There is a coaxial connector corresponding to each channel on the front panel of the monitor. Each coaxial connector is equipped with short-circuit protection. When using DC LVDT, channels 3 and 4 have a level conversion of -10Vdc. When using ACLVDT, all channels are displayed as DC of the AC signal returned by LVDT.

2) Status LED 3) Sensor Buffered Output: Provides unfiltered output for four sensors. All outputs are short-circuit protected. When using DC LVDT, channels 3 and 4 have a level conversion of – 10V. When using AC LVDT, all channels are based on the DC representation of the AC LVDT secondary output after signal processing.
4) Rear view of various I/O modules used for eddy current sensors, rotary position sensors, or DC LVDT.
5) Position I/O module with internal terminals for eddy current sensors, rotary position sensors, or DC LVDT
6) Position I/O module with external terminals for eddy current sensors, rotary position sensors, or DC LVDT
7) Position I/O module, TMR decentralized, external terminal, for eddy current sensor DC LVDT
8) Displacement/velocity acceleration I/O module, TMR decentralized, external terminals, for eddy current sensors
9) Rear view of various I/O modules for AC LVDT
10) Position I/O module, internal terminal, for AC LVDT
11) Position I/O module, external terminal, for AC LVDT
12) Rear view of various I/O modules used for rotating potentiometers
13) Position I/O module, internal terminals for rotating potentiometers
14) Position I/O module, external terminal, for rotating potentiometers
9. 3500/50 Speed Module
The 3500/50 Tachometer Module is a two channel module that can receive signals from eddy current sensors or magnetic sensors (unless otherwise specified) to determine shaft speed, rotor acceleration, or rotor direction. It compares these measurements with user programmable alarm points and issues an alarm when the alarm point is exceeded.
The 3500/50 Tachometer Module can be programmed using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software and can be configured into the following four different types:
