The 531X102CCHAFM2 is a large circuit board. The 531X102CCHAFM2 is manufactured by General Electric. The 531X102CCHAFM2 has over one-hundred resistors. Some of these resistors do have multiple colored bands on them. The bands on the resistors correspond with a color code. Each colored band corresponds with a color in the code that gives it a numerical value. These numerical values are then used in an equation to calculate the amount of energy the resistor can restrict. The 531X102CCHAFM2 also has seven Variable Resistors that can adjust the amount of energy flowing through them by turning a knob or a screw on the device. The resistor is a passive two-terminal electrical component that implements electrical resistance as a circuit element. In electronic circuits, resistors are used in a multitude of ways such as reducing current flow, adjusting signal levels, dividing voltages, bias active elements, and terminating transmission lines, among other uses. The 531X102CCHAFM2 has over one-hundred diodes. The 531X102CCHAFM2 also has over fifty various capacitors. The 531X102CCHAFM2 has thirty-five Integrated Circuits. Integrated Circuits are the brains of the circuit board. They hold all the programming and data for the circuit board to function. There are six male terminal ports that connect the 531X102CCHAFM2 to surrounding circuit boards, generally using a ribbon harness. The 531X102CCHAFM2 does have four metal posts to hold up a daughter board.
