TRICONEX 3805E is an input-output module widely used in the industrial field. It belongs to Schneider, a leading global supplier of process safety systems, and its products are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, refining, oil and gas, chemicals, electricity, rail transit, aerospace, and nuclear industry.

The TRICONEX 3805E has multiple characteristics. Each I/O module contains three independent branches of circuits, and each branch on the input module reads process data and transmits the information to the corresponding main processor. The three main processors communicate and synchronize with each other through the high-speed bus system TRIBUS. TRIBUS serves as a digital input data, compares output data, and sends a copy of the analog input data to each main processor.

This module can provide 8 4-20 mA outputs with 12 bit resolution and is a field replaceable module that can be hot plugged without interrupting system operation. It has essential design suitable for hazardous areas, fault output ensures that the output signal is within range, self diagnosis can monitor module faults and provide early warning, and other characteristics.

Receive output signals from the main processor module on each of the three channels, vote on each set of data, and select the healthy channel to drive eight outputs. The module monitors its own current output and maintains an internal voltage reference to provide self calibration and module health information. Each channel has a current loop circuit that can verify the accuracy and existence of analog signals, prevent unselected channels from driving analog signals to the field, and continuously diagnose each channel and circuit.

The TRICONEX 3805E plays an important role in multiple fields, such as in power plant control, connecting with Ethernet/IP master devices to easily control the AZ series. In the Envision control system, as an input module, the microcontroller integrates various components internally, designed specifically for single-chip system operation. It can also accommodate the backplane of the previous module, achieve fault tolerance through the third mock examination redundancy architecture, and provide error free and uninterrupted control in case of hard failure or internal and external transient failure of components. At the same time, the module is designed for high-density configuration, supporting high-speed digital input, high-precision digital input, digital filtering, multiple logic functions, triggering functions, and multiple communication interfaces. It is widely used in data acquisition, real-time monitoring and control of temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters in the production process, as well as in energy management systems, environmental monitoring and control, and other fields.
