DS200DENQF1BDE  EPROM GE Mark V 

The DS200DENQF1BDE is a GE replacement/renewal part designed to be used on boards within the Mark V series.  The Mark V system for gas and steam turbine control was one of the later Speedtronic systems.  It included such features as built-in diagnostics, available online maintenance, a direct sensor interface, and a TMR (triple modular redundant) architecture that could be configured as Simplex for less complicated systems. 

The DS200DENQF1BDE is a replaceable EPROM device.  EPROMs are erasable programmable read-only memory chips designed to retain data when power is switched off.  These chips are typically used in boards like the SLCC LAN Communication card to hold LAN control processor software at U6 and U7.  These chips cannot be configured in the field but are replaceable and can be moved from one board to another.
