DS200DENQF1BDE01 Eprom Component from General Electric for Mark V

The DS200DENQF1BDE01 is designed as a renewal/replacement part for Mark V boards.  The MKV was one of the later Speedtronic systems released by General Electric.  This system offered features like online maintenance, a direct sensor interface, built-in diagnostics, and TMR or Simplex control.   Diagnostics allow for the quick identification of sensor, output device, and control panel faults.  

The DS200DENQF1BDE01 functions as a board EPROM device.  EPROMs are electrically erasable programmable read-only memory that allows boards to have fixed memory.  The DS200DENQF1BDE01 is typically used to hold LAN control processor software at the U6 and U7 position on a board like the SLCC LAN Communication card (See GE publication GEH-100162B for more information.)    The DS200DENQF1BDE01 chips are replaceable.  They can also be moved from one board to another without issue.  However, they are not configurable in the field.   Refer to technical support publications (manuals/user guides) for more information.
