DS200DENQF1BDE02 GE Mark V EPROM Component

The DS200DENQF1BDE02 is a renewal or replacement part designed to be used with General Electric Mark V boards.  The Mark V was one of GE’s later Speedtronic systems and included the TMR architecture that began use with the Mark IV.   It also offered online maintenance, built-in diagnostics, and a direct sensor interface.   

The DS200DENQF1BDE02 is an EPROM chip device.  EPROMs are used to store read-only memory.  The DS200DENQF1BDE02 is typically used on boards like the SLCC LAN communication board upgrade from a DS200 to a DS215.  See GE manual GEH-100162B for additional information.   These EPROM chips are replaceable and can be moved from board to board without any issue.   They are not field-configurable.   Technical support products from General Electric (user guides, data sheets) will provide the end user with more detailed information.
