3. Design of upper computer monitoring system

3.2 Monitoring system design

RSVIEW-SE provides powerful project group function, project designers can use the existing graphic library, establish their own graphic objects, its modular design method, greatly improve the efficiency of project development.

The upper computer monitoring system includes the system process flow chart screen and PC console screen. On the console interface, all operation buttons are designed to prevent misoperation, and relevant buttons are centrally placed; Considering the convenience of operation, some of the equipment is designed with a single action button. On the process flow chart interface, in order to reflect the operating status of the field equipment, dynamic and static combination is adopted, different colors represent different states and the combination of plane and stereo to establish the upper computer screen. Operators can monitor and control the equipment running status and main process parameters of the whole process in real time, and can easily switch between the screen.

The state of the equipment is designed on the screen. Before the system starts, press the test light button, and the equipment that does not meet the start conditions will appear red light flashing. In this way, the maintenance personnel will directly go to the corresponding equipment for inspection and processing, saving the time of fault finding and improving efficiency.
