Man-machine interface software

(1)RSBatchTM series software is used for batch production process management. It can be used either for simple cell-level operations or for highly complex tasks with multiple products that have a network structure.

(2)RSPowerTM is used for power equipment configuration and monitoring. It can maximize the characteristics of A-B Bullentin 1400 Powermonitor and Bullentin 1403 PowermonitorⅡ power monitoring equipment. Through it, you can configure the power equipment on the desktop without panel operation, and generate a custom screen to start monitoring the power equipment within a few minutes after the software is installed. RSPower's intuitive configuration process, sophisticated graphical toolbars, and ease of browsing make it a useful tool for generating data monitoring systems that represent the operating status of power systems.

(3)RSTrendTM is data collection and historical trend software. It provides a full 32-bit data acquisition engine and flexible trend display for efficient login and monitoring of PLC data. In a few simple steps, configure the new project, define the login label, and start the login. In order to quickly select process data and show trends, these program functions are grouped together, but act independently of each other. It also meets a variety of data acquisition needs: automatic data acquisition, data transformation, trend charts and login reports are just some of them.

(4)RSView32TM series software is an easy-to-use, integrated, component-based MMI system, with all the features and functions required by users, and can effectively monitor and control machines and processes. It is based on the Microsoftware windows NT and Windows 95 platforms and is the first MMI software package to embed ActiveX controls into the screen. Its main characteristics are:

① Graphics and animation software itself provides a drawing tool to generate simple or complex graphics objects and text, but also contains a library of commonly used graphics objects, you can drag these communication graphics objects to the picture, you can also use other drawing software packages such as AutoCADTM and CorelDRAW generated objects. Animation control can activate graphic objects so that they reflect process changes.

② Alarm monitoring can label configuration alarm for switch quantity or analog quantity, and use the warning summary window to display alarm information.

③ Login records system information at runtime. Including action login, alarm login and data login. All login information is saved in dBase IVTM(.dbF) format and can be used in third-party software such as Microsoft Excel,Crystal ReportTM, and Foxpro.

④ Trend 16 label curves can be drawn in a trend, and when the label crosses the reference value, the shadow is used to highlight it. Configuration Trend allows you to dynamically adjust the axes at run time to control the display of data.

⑤ Event detection events are RSView32 expressions that can trigger actions. Event detection enables the application software to automatically respond to the events in the system and process.

⑥ Security system Item-level security systems allow users or groups of users to restrict access to certain screens or change certain label values.

System-level security allows users to be locked into RSView32 applications, that is, unable to exit to the Windows operating system.

As long as you open the label browser, you can import all the databases used in logic programming software, or choose the label used in ladder logic, without importing the whole database.

RSView32 supports many standard graphics file formats, allowing you to use existing graphics without redrawing.

⑨ Extending and Upgrading Projects and systems When your project is expanding, you can easily upgrade RSView32 to more tag database limited versions, up to 32,000 points, without making any changes to your project.
