Product Description
The GE Gate Lead Adapter Board DS200GLAAG1ACC features two terminal blocks with a maximum of 6 wires, two 2-pin connectors, and two 4-pin connectors. The DS200GLAAG1 also contains 2 LEDs. The LEDs on the side of the board indicate processing activity and status and provide a quick, visual indicator of the activity/status of the board. For example, if you open the cabinet door and locate the board in the drive and notice that the LEDs are flashing or are lit continuously, it indicates that the board is healthy and is processing as designed. If the LEDs are off, it indicates that the board is not working. If possible refer to the written material that came with the original board to read a description of the LEDs and what the various states of activity indicate.
If more troubleshooting is required because you suspect that the DS200GLAAG1ACC board is not functioning properly, you can access the diagnostic tools on the drive to examine all the components in the drive and thereby gain a full report on the health of the drive. You can use the information to replace boards or other components and improve the performance of the drive. Use the control panel on the side of the drive to access the diagnostic tools. The menu-driven user interface on the control panel contains selections you can use to initiate the diagnostics. The control panel also features keys to enable you to scroll through the selections, including the selection to start the diagnostic tools.
