The Bently 3500/60 is a temperature monitoring module in Bently Nevada's 3500 series of mechanical monitoring systems. Its main features are as follows:

1. Input channels and types:

• It has six channels and can accept resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple (TC) temperature input. This multi-channel design enables simultaneous temperature monitoring in multiple locations and is suitable for complex industrial scenarios that require multi-point temperature monitoring.

• The RTD/TC non-isolated version can be configured to accept TC or RTD input, or a combination of TC and RTD input, with high flexibility to meet the access needs of different types of temperature sensors.

2. Isolation function:
• In addition to the RTD/TC non-isolated version, there is also a TC isolated version. The TC isolation version provides 250Vdc channel isolation, which can effectively prevent external interference and ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results. It is suitable for industrial environments that are sensitive to interference.
3. Alarm function:
• The 3500 rack configuration software allows users to set critical alarm and hazard setpoints for their specific measurements. The adjustable range of the alarm is 0 to 100% of the full scale measurement range of each monitored value, and the accuracy of the alarm is maintained within 0.13% of the required value, enabling timely and accurate feedback of temperature anomalies.
4. Communication and display:
• When the module is running, the front panel has the corresponding LED indicators, including the normal operation indicator, the receive/send indicator (indicating that it is communicating with other modules in the 3500 rack), and the bypass indicator (which lights up when it is in bypass mode).
5. System configuration requirements:

• When used in a triple module redundancy (TMR) configuration, the temperature monitors must be installed next to each other in groups of three. In this configuration, the system adopts two voting methods to ensure accurate operation and avoid single points of failure, which improves the reliability and stability of the system and is suitable for the monitoring of critical industrial equipment with high requirements for system security.
