Product Overview

CPU baseboard

There are three different CPU baseboards based on the number of communication ports extended by the CPU. They come with one, two, or four communication slots that can be plugged into different bus interfaces.

I/O module

There are two types of input/output modules: analog and switching. Each input/output module can be plugged directly into the terminal board, and the CPU can be scaled up to 7 input/output modules locally and through the distributed expansion of FBP sub-stations. These modules contain input/output configurable module types for flexible use by users.

Terminal board

Both analog and switching quantities use the same terminal board, and the same terminal board can realize 1 wire, 2 wire and 3 wire different wiring modes. This provides the user with pre-wiring when there is no input/output module. Terminal boards are divided into 24VDC and 24VDC

There are two different voltage levels for 230VAC, and the wiring mode is available with screws and springs.

Interface module of FBP

This module integrates a certain number of switching input/output, and through it to achieve communication with the CPU and distributed I/O. This distribution module is followed by a maximum expansion of 7 input/output modules.

SD card

Optional add-ons for data calls without a PC, downloading and uploading user programs, or product updates for all devices (CPU, communication module, or I/O module).
